    Do you offer customization services? +

    No — we're a product studio, not a service agency. We don't take on custom client work. Our themes are designed to be highly flexible so you can customize them yourself using the WordPress Site Editor and block patterns.

    Where do I get support for a free theme? +

    Free themes are supported through the WordPress.org support forum. Premium theme buyers get direct email support. Please search the forum before posting — your question may already be answered.

    Can I use a theme on multiple websites? +

    Yes. All Pixa Themes are released under the GPL license, which means you can use them on an unlimited number of sites. Premium themes include lifetime updates and support for the duration of your license.

    What's your refund policy? +

    We offer a 14-day refund on premium themes if the theme doesn't work as described and our support team is unable to resolve the issue. Refunds aren't issued for change-of-mind purchases after download.

    How long does it take to get a reply? +

    We typically respond within one business day (Monday – Friday, 9:00–18:00 UTC). During busy periods or around releases, it may take up to 48 hours. We read every message — thanks for your patience.

    Do your themes work with page builders? +

    Our themes are built specifically for the WordPress block editor (Gutenberg) and Full Site Editing — not for third-party page builders like Elementor or Divi. They're designed to take full advantage of native WordPress capabilities.
